The high risk group is people over the age of 60 and with a weak immune system. Dinç said that the virus can be countered with simple precautions to be taken. Dinç listed 10 simple measures as follows: 1- Maximum attention should be paid to hand hygiene. Hands should be washed frequently with water and soap for at least 20 seconds, and if washing is not possible, alcohol-based hand antiseptic or alcohol-based cologne should be used. 2- Hands should be washed, especially after contact with the sick person and their environment. 3- The face should not be touched without washing hands, especially the eyes and nose should not come into contact with dirty hands. 4- When coughing and sneezing, disposable handkerchiefs should be preferred, and in cases where tissue paper is not available, it should be used inside the elbow. 5- Surfaces touched by sick people should be disinfected. 6- It should not be left indoors for a long time, the room should be ventilated frequently and it should be provided with direct sunlight. Animal foods such as meat and eggs should be cooked thoroughly. 7- If possible, the sick people should not go to crowded places, if they have to go, the mouth and nose should be covered, if possible, a medical mask should be used. 8- Avoid crowded environments such as shopping malls and public transportation as much as possible. A healthy diet should be taken and the immune system should be kept strong by taking care to get enough sleep. 9- The consumption of natural and fresh foods and foods such as home yogurt containing beneficial bacteria should be increased by avoiding ready-made foods. Throat rinsing with warm salty water and plenty of warm water can prevent the virus from settling. 10- When symptoms such as high fever, dry cough, muscle and joint pain, breathing difficulties begin, the closest health institution should be applied immediately by wearing a mask.
